Hey
I'm 19 years old male and I have a nasal voice when I speak or sing.
I feel like after I sing in a regular voice my throat hurts/feels sore.
Thank you in advanced!!

2 common causes of a nasal tone are a high larynx (correct by singing "dopey" exercises) and a high back of the tongue: see here for a lesson on tongue position!
What do you mean by "regular voice"?

"Regular voice"
Like chest voice
And I have a high tone speaking voice (sounds like a female with a deep voice)

I encourage you to begin using and exercising your head voice! That will help you access higher pitches, become more flexible, and eventually find your mix/middle voice.

Try to imagine directing the airflow only from through your mouth. forget there is a nose.
