Lip movement on breathing

I just started the 30day singer lessons. I've never taken any voice lessons and cannot move my lips like the instructor is doing on the breathing lesson. Help

Hi, I couldn't do the lip trill until I took a cold shower one morning and involuntarily did the lip trill. So now, when I want to do it, I just remember that moment and mostly can do it.
