How to Fry Scream for Rock Songs

Any help on the topic?

I´ve seen a bunch of youtube videos but i would like to know if anyone know the "best" way to learn this skill (by "best" i mean something that works and doesn´t hurt your throat).

I´ve also watched melissa cross´s videos but she never teaches you how to actually do "rock screaming".

Any advice?
