I did not get my 14 day free trial

    I was charged twice and I did sign up for the free trial. I got charged immediately. I sent a email to get my refund. Because I got charged twice and I never agreed to either

    Our 14 day trial is free - no charges placed. We only charge to continue your subscription once your free trial has expired (after those 14 days). If you want to cancel, please do so before your 14 days are up. Thank you!

    I signed up for the 14 day free trial, but was not asked for email or password. So I am not able to log in to access the free trial, and when I tried I dont have the option of doing it anymore. I need a little help lol

    Same @George! I emailed [email protected] and they didn't help they just re-sent the link to the 14-day trial. The 14-day free trial isn't giving me full access.

    I also can not take the free-trial because when I checked (I am not a robot) it shows (verification expired) and repeats it again but the same problem, I also send a mail but not responding until now !
