Hello :)
I tried to practice some breathing exercises starting with a simple breath in and then exhaling/ blowing out all the air until I feel like all the air is out and the lung is empty, I pause for a moment and then I release my belly to inhale again. However, around the part where the last bit of air is about to run out and the pause before the release, I feel there is a pressure on my chest (more like this), discomfort or slight pain (not sharp pain). This pressure is kinda released when I release and inhale again.
Is it suppose to be like this?
Thank you.

Hi, Kelly!
I know exactly what you mean. That's totally normal, but it's not necessary to push yourself to that point. If you exhale until your lungs feel "almost" empty but not totally, do you still encounter that pressure and discomfort?
