Hi, my ribs and back are not moving at all during breathing. Could you give some exercises/tips to mobilize my back and ribs

Hi Daniel,
I recommend two things:
1. Begin by breathing through your nose rather than your mouth.
2. Try lying on your back or in child's pose.
Both of those should help you tap into you rib and back movement when breathing!

Try sticking out your stomach in an exaggerated way while doing some deep breathing. I find this
helps engage that region.
