So I had a week break and now I'm back doing my warm-ups first and they're going quite well. Getting to the yawny yah of the 30-day beginner course is getting along fine, and I'm finding it easier to relax my jaw and tongue with my hands on my face.
However, now I notice I'm quite short of breath during the exercise. I'm questioning whether it's a lack of oxygen (closed windows and door), not good breath support (even though it sounds better than usual) or just not a good day for me (haha).
Anyone have any experiences with this? I didn't know notice this the first two times I did the exercise on previous days. Maybe I'm doing it better "sound-wise" and losing some support with it?

Glad things are going well and you're finding it easier to relax! It's hard to say why you might feel short of breath, but that's a very common feeling for beginning singers!
Here's a checklist to help you troubleshoot: https://youtu.be/HM5lrvtQTYY?si=qgwZUGG6PkgPbNo3
Hope that helps - let me know!
