Hi Camille,
I have a question. Sometimes when I do the hiss exercise up to 30 seconds, the flow of breath starts becoming a little wabbly. By that, I mean that it it stops for a second then continues, then stops, and so on. Why does this happen, and how can I fix it? It doesn't happen in the 30 seconds before it. Also, I have watched pretty much all the videos on breath support I could find from you and from the New York Vocal Coaching channel.

Hi, Aaron! After 30 seconds, you may just be running low on air (to the point that it's difficult to maintain a steady flow). In my opinion, that's normal and nothing to worry about, seeing as you'll virtually never need to sing for 30 seconds on one breath!

So just work on breath support then right?

Yes! I encourage you to sustain a lip trill or hum (not just hissing) so you're able to apply all that breath support to your singing, too!
