It is very hard for me to his the notes. Is this course for me?

Hi, I started working on 30-day singer course and the beginning is about making lip drills while hitting the C, C#, D, D# ... notes.

Actually, I thought it would start with the very basics because I can hardly hit the proper note... Can you recommend some material for me?
