I just started a few days ago with the 30 Days course (Jonathan) and somehow I get sometimes dizzy during the exercises, especially in those ones with focus on breathing. Often I do also have the feeling I don't inhilale enough air - like there is a barrier inside of me. Don't have any of these problems in my daily life tho. What is wrong with me?
