Hello, today I reviewed the first 5 beginners lessons from Jonathan Estabrooks, and they are great, but I don't understand how to follow the whole beginner course as a daily practice. I see there are 30 lessons and I could follow one each day but what about the previous exercises? I checked out the YouTube channel and I found some routines, but for female only. I would like to get the 30 days expected results, and I am willing to practice every day, but I don't understand what I am supposed to do, exactly, each day.

In my course, I've recorded warmups from each lesson in soprano, alto, tenor and bass range, so you can download those and include them in your practice.
