Hello Everybody,
I'm kind of having breathing issues. So when I engage my breathing muscles I do well until like 20 seconds in the slow leak exercise. Then my stomach really starts hurting and I still have air, but I feel like I just need to let the air out. How can I keep my stomach out without having to let too much air out?

Hi, Aaron! It's possible that you're taking in more than you need. Try taking less breath in and seeing if that helps!
Also keep in mind: there are very few instances where we'd need to sing for 20 seconds or longer without a break to breathe!
