Hi Camille,
So in this video Ep. 24 "Breathe... Then What?" - Voice Lessons To The World it talked at around 6:40 said "fluild motion in your body". Does this refer that even though in singing, we want to keep the space we created in our breath, do we still want a slow motion of having the belly come back? Thanks!

Yes, that's a good way to think about it! We are controlling our exhale, but that air is moving - otherwise, we're not making sound!

So does that mean we want a slow moving back motion on the belly when we sing? Thanks in advance!

Yes, that's correct! Some teachers insist that the belly shouldn't move in, but if we're using our air, then it will. I'm a fan of delaying/controlling that motion by gently flexing the lower abs and keeping the ribcage lifted. Ultimately, we want to control our exhale so we supply a steady stream of air to the vocal folds - whatever helps you accomplish that! There's certainly more than one method for breath management.
