At 3:25, 'You can certainly incorporate stretches that work well for you, whether its rolling forward, rolling up from the head, verterbrae by verterbrae to feel that you can find a nice, healthy posture and then just beginning to feel your breath'.
What does 'rolling forward, rolling up from the head, verterbrae by verterbrae' means?
On the top left it also captions 'Roll up from bend in waist'. What does that mean?

Hi, Tan! Jonathan is just describing some different stretches you can do, and the "rolling vertebrae by vertebrae" means that you're letting your spine gradually adjust to either the forward fold or upright position. You can see this gradual motion (rolling up) in the rag doll stretch of this yoga video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZyumPhPJ1U8.

Ah I see. Can I say that:
Rolling forward = Forward fold
Rolling up from head/Rolling up from bend in waist = Go from forward fold to upright position?
TIA!

Yes, that's accurate!
