Hi
I was wondering if I can get some advice and more details for tongue position. Im having some trouble with keeping the tongue low and flat. I still place the tongue tip behind bottom front teeth but for the rest of the tongue body doesint seem flat and maybe the back is high.
Thank you

Hi, Kerrie! Your tongue height and position will change depending on the vowel you're singing. Here are a few good lessons on releasing tongue tension for you:

Hi camille,
Thank you!! I also have a tendency to do something similar to this

(more minor level tho) even for the neutral tongue position. Is this a sign of part of the tongue that is tense?
Thank you :)

Thanks for clarifying, Kerrie! That looks to me like you're trying to keep the tip of the tongue tucked behind the teeth, rather than letting it rest (coming on top of the bottom teeth at times, resting behind the bottom lip). I usually say "let the front of the tongue rest behind your bottom teeth". But it seems like your tongue wants to come forward (which is a good instinct, since most people pull it back, which causes issues) - and the tip of your tongue is preventing that from happening, leading to the front/middle bunching up.
Are there any vowel shapes that help you easily relax the front of the tongue, letting it rest further forward?
