I feel that whenever I sing I get very tired, even after just a few minutes of vocal warm ups. It also feel kinda tense & hurts a bit in my stomach area while singing/ holding breath. Thank you! :)

Sorry to hear that, Karissa! I'd recommend you use some gentle warmups in the meantime: lip trills, humming, singing on an NN or NG, and owl sirens (sliding from low to high and back down on a HOO).

Karissa, make sure to stay hyrdated. Water intake is important for overall health but it does help
support a healthy voice as well. Think no water dry throat. Also lip trills are one of the best daily exercises we
can do daily. Teaches the vocal chords and the diaphram how to interact with one another in a pain free
pain free, tension free environment.

I agree 100% with Jim! And Karissa, I forgot to mention this, but if lip trills are difficult for you, singing through a straw is another great exercise to prevent vocal fatigue and train your voice gently.
