Hi, Gavin! You can incorporate a warmdown to "reset" and relax your voice. See below for warmdown tips!
Configuration: lip trill, straw singing, hum, NN, NG, OO, or EE
Melodic pattern: Any!
Range: High to low, from your medium-high range back into your speaking voice range
A warmdown can be as simple as 2-3 minutes of gentle humming and lip trills. It's also nice to stretch out and/or massage your neck, jaw, face, and tongue. Then: hydrate with plenty of water or hot tea with honey, and enjoy some vocal rest!

Drink water. One of the most important things to do is hyrdate. Water repairs your body, muscles etc. Your larynx is a muscle and water is great for the muscles, body etc. I like to drink tea and water everyday. If you research you will find that alot great singers will drink tea, water to take care of their voice.
