Hi Camille !
For a week I started to feel my throat full of saliva and this makes it difficult for me to warm up and sing.
I think i am also à little bit sick, but this fact can makes thé things so difficult ?
IT FEELS LIKE À COUGHING SENSATION.
Please tell me what exercices i need to do when i am sick.
P. S. I ALREADY HAVE THE BONUS Warm UPS..
SINCE I STARTED WITH THEM, THE MUCUS AND PHLEGM WERE COMING. IDK WHY.

Hi, Daniel!
It's normal for singing to "kick up" phlegm - it happens to me, too! The best thing you can do is stay hydrated (all the time, not just when you're singing). You can also consider using a personal steamer, room humidifier, and/or saline sinus rinse to moisturize your throat and sinuses.
When you're sick, I recommend not singing at all! If you don't have a sore throat, then you can do some gentle exercises (humming, lip trills, singing through a straw). But if your throat is sore, it needs rest and recovery.
