Hello Camille !!!
I discovered something today when i made warm ups with Jonathan Sthatam and i tested on the songs.
So, if i try to sing with so much brightness its kind of hard to hit that F4 or more , but if i sing a bit with larynx down like not lower larynx like balanced , it sounds more beautiful more powerfull.
Today i tried Falling by Harry Styles .At the bridge from a live version its A G4 and i tested also in the singsharpapp and i can sustain that note and hit it pretty good.
So, its better with balanced larynx or i need more brightness in my octave?

Hey, Daniel! Balanced, neutral larynx is always our go-to. Higher or lower larynx can be used for stylistic purposes but certainly isn't necessary. Do what sounds best to your ear and feels comfortable!
