What does singing on pitch mean? Doesn't it mean not singing flat or sharp, and if so what are the best excerises that i can do to get better with singing on pitch? I've been working on my agilty and strecthing my chest voice and ive been seeing improvment, but i'm still having trouble singing on pitch with my head voice.

That's correct: singing "in tune" or "on pitch" means singing the desired/correct pitch without being too high (sharp) or too low (flat).
