That shouldn't be a problem, Aaron! Food doesn't actually touch your vocal folds (since your larynx is above your trachea, not your esophagus). But certain foods can increase mucus production, which can affect your singing. If you notice that dairy, sugar, or spicy foods cause you to have more mucus in your throat, avoid those foods before singing.

There's nothing inherently wrong with singing after dinner, but whether or not it's appropriate in your particular situation depends on a variety of factors, such as where you are, who you're with, and what type of singing you're doing.
It is generally not recommended to sing immediately after eating a large meal or consuming certain foods and drinks that can affect your vocal cords or cause discomfort. This is because the act of singing requires proper breath control, posture, and muscle coordination, which can be hindered by a full stomach or certain food and drinks.
Eating a heavy meal before singing can make you feel bloated, which can restrict your diaphragm and reduce your lung capacity. Additionally, certain foods and drinks such as dairy products, caffeine, alcohol, and spicy or acidic foods can cause acid reflux, throat irritation, or dehydration, which can affect your vocal quality and range.
It is generally advisable to wait at least 30 minutes to an hour after eating before singing and to avoid consuming foods and drinks. It is also important to stay hydrated and warm up your voice before singing to prevent injury or strain.
If you're at home with your family or friends and everyone is enjoying the singing, then there's no harm in continuing to do so. However, if you're in a public place or with people who may not appreciate the singing, it might be best to avoid it or ask if others are comfortable with it.
In terms of the type of singing, if you're singing songs that are inappropriate or offensive in any way, it's best to avoid those as well. Stick to songs that are uplifting, positive, and appropriate for your audience.
Overall, if you're unsure if it's appropriate to sing after dinner, it's always best to ask those around you if they're comfortable with it.
