Heloo Camille hope you are doing great, i am having a confusion whether am i going in the right direction or not, I have been going through your and Jonathan Estabrooks course and i am mixing the exercises which i think is better for me,can i use both exercises from both the courses or should i just stick with one, my routine looks something like this can you give me some feedback

You can absolutely mix and match! We cover the same topic on each day, so the purpose of those exercises are similar. I'm glad you're finding and using what works best for you!
