Question about the program

    Just had a question about the course to make sure I'm doing it correctly. It was promote in 30 days there would be drastic change in your voice. Now is this just doing the daily lessons and or acting what you learn that day throughout the day or do you have to mix in some of the other lessons ?

     

    and last question , before we do each lesson it's smart to do the day 2 quick warm up correct ? or should the beginner warm up be done ?

    The 30 day course is designed to provide the training and tools you need to make significant improvement from beginning to end. We encourage you to go at your own pace, spreading your lessons over more than one month if you so choose. Change doesn't happen over night! It happens when you consistently practice and apply what you're learning.

    You're welcome to use any warmup you like!
