Ho difficolta nel cantare a volte per il problema del muco in eccesso o "catarro" che mi impedisce di cantare alcune note. Avreste un consiglio su come rimuoverlo per rendere più chiara la voce?

The most important question is: what is causing the excess mucus? In my experience, it's usually postnasal drip (due to illness or allergies) or it's related to diet (some people, including myself, experience increased mucus production due to dairy or sugar consumption). Dealing with the root issue will be best in the long run!
So if it's diet, you may want to avoid problematic foods before singing (or even avoid them for a few days if you have a performance/audition coming up). And if it's illness or allergies, ask your doctor about starting on some over-the-counter allergy medication! You can also start to rinse your sinuses daily with a saline sinus rinse kit like this one: http://shop.neilmed.com/Products/Sinus-Rinse/Sinus-Rinse-Regular-Kit. Many singers swear by sinus rinsing to keep their nasal passages irrigated and flush out dust, pollen, congestion, etc. The leading voice doctor here in LA (Dr. Reena Gupta, otolaryngologist) recommends daily sinus rinsing as well!
Other important things to mention around this issue: make sure you're well hydrated and avoid clearing your throat if possible (spit out the mucus if you can, and use the vibration of a lip trill to help shake some of that mucus loose).
