No free access to actual lessons

I thought I could sample lessons for 14 days and then decide if I wanted full access. All I am getting is written instructions and not demonstration/lessons.  As for the "packages" - turns out only one is offered and though it shows $10. and change per month, it bills the full $129 today. Is that what is required in order to have a trial?  That is not a free trial by my defiinition.
