Hi !
I've been tryning for months to discover this mixed voice.. But whatever i do its still in chest voice i can feel that in my throat.
I also tried with ASCEDING AND DESCENDING NO.. but its doesn't help so much, because i can t sustain more that D4#. After D4#(I CAN HIT BUT NOT SUSTAIN VERY WELL MORE THAN THAT) it becomes hard and shouty if i go to hard.
Its weird because my lowest and comfortable note is a A2# and my highest and comfortable Is a D5# in FALSETTO.
BUT ABOVE D4# I CAN'T.. AND I'VE BEEN TRYNING FOR MONTHS TO TRAIN MY MIX..
I WANT TO TRAIN A CHESTY MIX
IN GENERALLY I SING THE POP SONGS.
WHAT CAN I DO ? BECAUSE NOTHING HELPED ME UNTILL THIS MOMENT FOR DESCOVERING MY MIX...

Hi, Daniel! Try singing on the syllable "AY" (as in the word "day") with your mouth in a wide smile. See if you can slide from F3 to C4 (interval of a perfect 5th) on that syllable, and let the sound become a little lighter or more nasal as you ascend, without "breaking" into head voice. Move that pattern up in half-steps (ie: F#3 to C#4, G3 to D4, etc). That's helped a lot of my lower-voiced students stretch into their chest/mix!

Ok, but i have 2 questions.
The ay needs to be stacatto ?
Should i sing the notes from the chord or note by note ?
Like G major : G B D or G A B C D ?

I should have clarified! Legato (smooth and connected): slide from the lower pitch to the higher pitch, and then back down. The idea is that you're starting in chest voice and sliding into a chesty mix (so your vocal folds lengthen but stay firmly connected). You can do any melodic pattern, but I like G-D-G (sliding up and then back down)!
