So I have been looking through a good amount of videos and I was wondering, how does one remember all of this information?

It would be best to start one at a time practicing over and over until it is stuck in your head also don't stress about it to much just have fun with itπππ

Repetition is a good tip, Hosanna!
And Gavin, I know there's a lot of info - no one could memorize it all. But as you repeat lessons or apply what you've learned within your practice, you're building muscle memory so you don't have to hold all of that info in your head. For example, once you've practiced singing with good posture repeatedly, that becomes second nature.
I'd also encourage you to use the lessons as a resource to return to when you encounter an issue in the future!

After you watch any video make sure to follow it right up with Song work. If you play an instruement or just sing along with a video or do karaoke. Make sure to watch a video and then work on a song. It will
help you transfer what you are learning into "Real Life situations"
