Change of Speaking Voice

Hello, 

I would like to ask as a cosplayer, I would like to master and train my voice to sound more feminine as a male. 

What particular section of courses or video should I focus on?

Hey, Reagan! Great question. I'd recommend spending more time both singing and speaking in a higher register (ie: use head voice when you sing, speak at a higher pitch level, and find a brighter "mixed" quality in your chest voice), and find exercises that help you either brighten your sound or soften it, depending on the tone you're going for.
