Volume is at zero for each video

    Hi, this seems to be unique to Safari, but is not happening on any other video site I use, and wondering if anyone else is running into this issue?

    I play a video and the volume slider is at zero so I adjust it. When I press the 'Next Lesson', the volume slider reverts to zero again. The site remembers settings for 'video speed' from video to video - just not volume.

    Browser: Safari (14.0.2)
    OS: MacOS Catalina (10.15.7)

    Obviously my temp fix is to use another browser, but would be great to see it fixed in Safari.

    Hello! I forwarded your message to the web team, and we found out that Google and Apple both recently changed how their software handles auto-playing videos. Auto-playing videos on Safari, Chrome and Android must start out muted. This policy is controlled by the browser manufacturers, not by 30 Day Singer, so unfortunately we can't change that.
