I've been using 30 day singer recently i love the program, but when I practice some of the warm ups in Jonathan's beginner course and the expand your range lesson going up the scales exercise my voice seems to be a little sore after practicing the exercise is this normal am i I doing something wrong?? whenever I practice falsetto or head voice I don't really have this issue just when Im singing in my Chest voice going higher in pitch.

Hi Matt! The range of chest voice is limited, and if we try to take a full chest/speaking voice sound higher than is comfortable, that can cause soreness. Please see this post for advice: https://www.30daysinger.com/forums/discussion/singing-basics/Extending-my-chest-mix-range.
