Hi I'm new to the program and I'm honestly confused, I don't know how I'm supposed to go about the beginner lessons, am I supposed to just watch the lessons in order and only supposed to practice and do the warm ups that are taught that day or at i supposed to do specific warmups everyday, they just seem to be showing diffrent tactics everyday instead of telling the warmups you need to do one do and the warmups you need to do the next, it just doesn't make sence to me because if you only do the warmups they teach in one lesson for just that one day it doesn't seem like it's enaugh to get you better at what is being taught, please someone explain this to me
