Evening all,
I've sung all my life - in the shower, car and without much confidence or competence - and am motivated towards changing this with 30DS.
Can you explain how to integrate the daily lessons. I've started with Jon Estabrooks:
Should I just follow along with the daily lesson or build up a daily routine that's a composite of each lesson that's gone before it?
Should I use either of the above as a warm up to practice singing a real song or is it better to stop and rebuild from the ground up?
Thank you!
Chris

Hello Chris,
I love that you already sing everyday! That's going to help you a ton on this journey.
The idea is that you follow along with a lesson per day (or more if you can handle it). You want to follow Jon with the warmups and exercises as you watch. If it's too fast, you can always repeat the section until you feel comfortable, then continue watching.
You can also watch the lesson through and repeat these exercises for a few days, up until you feel comfortable, then move on to the next lesson and do the same.
If you are at a point where you sing daily, you can always add the lesson's exercises and warmups to whatever routine you have going. Mainly, Jon's course is geared toward singers who need the direction and don't know where to start. So it's a more structured approach if you don't sing at all.
Hope that this helps!
