Hi! We recommend warming up first (see here for range-specific warmup mp3s: http://30daysinger.com/audio/bonus-warmups/Vocal%20Warmup%20Bonus%20Gifts.zip), then watching a new lesson video or repeating the previous day's. If you feel good and want to keep practicing, do some ear training (you can practice matching pitch with an app like PerfectPitch or SingSharp) and work on a song! Song work involves listening, learning the melody, analyzing the style of the singer, rehearsing, troubleshooting tricky sections, and getting comfortable enough with the song to put your own style and spin on it!

Thanks for your app recommendations! There are a few apps called Perfect Pitch. Which is the one you're talking about/who makes it? Thanks!
