Hi I'm in london and due to the time difference my lessons will be in the evenings. Im wondering if thats a bad thing because I'll be singing during the day and my voice wont be as fresh for lessons if they were in the mornings? Is there anything I should do about this on the day of the lesson eg not going so hard during the day before the lesson? And should I do any warm ups before the lesson, if so which one? It'll be my first lesson.

It's a good idea to warm up (day 2 of the beginner course, or something comparable), though you'll probably still use some exercises within your lesson.
And yes, it would be ideal if you're not vocally tired before your lesson! But lots of performances and lessons happen at night, so it's certainly doable. Hydrate, warm up, and consider not singing or talking to the point of fatigue!
