How to sing in tune 2

I have a question in course https://www.30daysinger.com/tutorial/how-to-sing-in-tune-for-beginners-part-2/2 from camille she gives as a warmup an exercise and always says „Note 3 or 4“ so eg. Sing E3 or 4… how can it be both? shouldnt it always only be one note when i want to double check with the chromatic tuner?

Hi Daniel! The 2 octave options are for singers of different vocal ranges. Typically lower (most male) voices will choose the lower option. Hope that helps!
