    Hello everyone!!

I am Alexey from the Netherlands, and I am very glad I found this website! The lessons are of good quality and all instructors seem very knowledgeable and kind.

I play guitar already for a while now and I thought this is a good opportunity to develop my vocals.

    Thank you very much 👍

    Hi everyone, I am Sevren.

I live in beautiful Vermont and I am here because as I get older (almost 40 now, yikes) I really regret not learning to sing years ago. I play guitar and have been in some bands and played some shows over the years and always enjoyed it a lot.

As with so many people these last few months I have joined that "middle aged person awakened by Hamilton" group. I have always loved live theater in all its forms but never felt the pull to participate as I did when I discovered how much I love the modern iteration of it (Hamilton, HadesTown, In The Heights). I need to participate in my local theater once this covid nightmare is done with and we can all be together again in one room.

To that end, I am here to get my voice to (at least) the point where I could be part of an ensemble and start exploring my theater community. I have gone through all of Jonathan Estabrook's beginner lessons and now I am onto Camille's beginner lessons and I am so thankful to have found such quality instructional videos. This is a great start to a new lifetime hobby/skill for me.

I am doing a lot of recording despite sounding bad and looking for other who might want to do some collaboration recording while we learn, guy/girl duet stuff like My Eyes (Dr. Horribles Sing Along Blog), Love is an Open Door (Frozen), Washington on Your Side or anything from Hamilton or In The Heights.

If you are interested in hearing my cringe worthy, untrained "before" voice here are some tracks I am using to benchmark my progress. Critical advice welcome! You'll Be Back, Brand New Day

     Happy singing everyone!
