How do I determine if I'm an Alto, High Alto or Saprano?

I'm brand new to this and noticed in the beginning tutorial it gives an option for the lip warm ups for what vocal range you are. I haven't clue what I am 🤦‍♀️😭. Is there somewhere on the site where I would go to find this out?
